Sell My Land Fast

A site with exactly one job. Everything on it either moves someone toward the form or is noise.

01

The brief

Sell My Land Fast buys land from owners across the country. The entire website exists to earn one action: a landowner submitting their property for an offer. There's no secondary goal to hedge with.

Being nationwide removes the usual shortcut. A local service business can win on geography — rank in its town and it's most of the way there. With no service area to anchor to, the site has to earn attention on the strength of the offer and convert on the strength of the page.

The audience is also unusual: often people who didn't wake up planning to sell land, arriving with more hesitation than intent.

02

The approach

Built from scratch around a single conversion. The offer is stated above the fold in plain language — no scrolling to work out what the business does or what happens next.

Friction stripped out of the form. Every additional field on a lead form costs submissions, and on a page whose only purpose is that form, each one is expensive. The form asks for what's genuinely needed to make an offer and nothing else.

Trust signals placed where hesitation actually happens — years in business and nationwide reach positioned at the moment of doubt, not decorating a footer nobody reaches.

Analytics wired in from day one, so the funnel could be measured. On a single-conversion site there's no excuse for not knowing exactly where people leave.

03

The outcome

A site that does one job and is instrumented well enough to prove whether it's doing it — which, on a lead-generation build, is the difference between an asset and a brochure.
